You can treat a horse as your own and ride them on the days that are designated to you. Half lease consists of 3 days of your choice.  
Quarter Lease 
You can treat a horse as your own and ride on the days that are designated to you. Quarter lease consists of 1 day of your choice. 


Leasing a horse is a fantastic way to have the opportunity to ride without taking the huge leap of buying a horse. Leasing  enables you to take the time to find the qualities in a horse that are perfect for you!  Horses available for lease are for boarding onsite at Rolling Acres Farm only. Tucker is a 5 year old, 15.2 H Red Roan Overo Paint. Tucker is double registered with AQHA and APHA. Tucker is a striking sorrel with 4 white socks, long show tail, and a blaze. Tucker is extremely smart, brave, friendly, and willing! His personality is simply amazing to be so young! Loves to be with people, as he will canter to the gate to meet you every time! Tucker excels in all disciplines. As he has shown in Western pleasure, trained in hunt seat, and low level dressage.  You could literally say he does it all, due to his extremely willing and positive personality!. Tucker loves to have a challenge put in front of him and will always work hard to deliver! He has a nice floating canter, knows leads in both directions, lead changes, shoulder in, leg yields and very consistent over jumps. Tucker is great for someone who would like a reliable horse to show, take lessons, or simply to have a very finished horse to ride and enjoy.He is suited for beginner to advanced riders.
Full Lease 
You can treat a horse as your own and ride whenever you'd like. You are responsible for the horses needs for the duration of the lease such as any vet care and farrier care.
